At Diggiehippie®, web design goes far beyond how a website looks. Depending on your project, I’ll help you develop the strategy, structure, and copy, and I’ll build the website in WordPress, including the technical setup within the agreed-upon scope.
Forms, integrations, technical email implementations, and automations can therefore certainly be part of this if they are relevant to the project.

Care & AI Support is here to provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, minor changes, technical support, and support for existing automations.
First and foremost, for clients I've already built systems for. I can also take over an existing setup from someone else, but in that case I'll first assess what's already in place and determine whether it makes sense to build on it.

What if it's all three?
The boundaries between these services are intentionally not strictly defined.
A website may require automation. A Flow Fix may require a modification to your website. And whatever I build may require maintenance and support afterward.

I’ll build on your existing website, tools, and processes as much as possible. Not everything needs to be replaced just because I happen to use something different.

Just because something is technically possible doesn't mean it has to be built.

I'll discuss with you in advance what is included in a project or collaboration. If something new comes up along the way, we'll review it together first.

The initial meeting is all about you, your business, and whether we're a good fit. If I need to dig deeper after that, that will be a separate step.

I’ll start with a free consultation. You’ll tell me about your business, where you stand today, and what’s going on. That way, we’ll get to know each other and see if there’s a good fit for both of us.

Is it clear enough what’s needed? If so, I can determine the scope of a project. Do I need to first take a closer look at your existing processes or technical setup? In that case, a paid audit could be a logical next step.

Once we've reached an agreement, I'll get to work within the agreed-upon scope. Depending on the project, that will be Web Design, Flow Fix, or a combination of both.

After delivery, I'll go over with you what still needs to be done. Care & AI Support can step in if you need ongoing maintenance or technical support.
