I’ll respond as soon as possible, usually within one business day. Since Diggiehippie® is my side business, I mainly work outside of my regular work hours. You’ll always know in advance when to expect a reply or delivery.
Absolutely. New pages, major expansions, or additional automations can all be implemented seamlessly during our collaboration. If a project exceeds the scope of your plan, you’ll receive a clear quote in advance. No surprises afterward.
Yes. Care & AI Support starts with a minimum term of three months. This allows us to get to know your business well and build our partnership at a steady pace. After that, you can cancel your subscription on a monthly basis with 30 days' notice.
Yes, provided that the website is technically sound and I can work on it safely. That’s why we always start with a brief technical overview. That way, we both know what we’re getting into.
After the first three months, yes. After that, a 30-day notice period applies. So you’re not tied to a long-term contract, but you do have the peace of mind that comes with a stable partnership for as long as you need it.
That's not a problem. Some months you'll hardly need any support, while other months you'll need a little more. As we work together, we'll regularly review whether your plan still fits your situation. If another plan is a better fit, we'll discuss it together.
