Starting at €950
We don't replace everything that's already working. We improve what can be improved and only choose additional software if it truly adds value. This keeps your system organized and keeps recurring costs to a minimum.
The website will be set up so that you can add blog posts, pages, and sections yourself later on without having to write any code. You'll receive a brief guide and a video tutorial.
We'll map out your current workflow step by step. Where are you wasting time? Where do errors or duplicate work occur? And which tasks are best suited for automation?
We design a new workflow that fits your way of working. Sometimes using AI, sometimes using traditional automation. You’ll understand why each step is there and what problem it solves.
We build the workflow as much as possible within the tools you already use. We only add an additional application when it truly offers added value.
Before we wrap up, we'll test the workflow with real data. That way, we can be sure that everything continues to work correctly, even in exceptional situations.
You'll receive clear instructions written in plain language. That way, you—or anyone who joins later—will know how everything works.

I'm deliberately not starting with the tools. An AI Flow Fix is only valuable if the underlying process is sound.
First, understand what needs to be done; only then should you choose the technology that fits the bill. A good process continues to work, even if the tools change later on.
Not everything needs to be automated. Some steps are still faster, safer, or more personal when done by a human.

An AI Flow Fix starts Starting at €950, excluding VAT. The final price depends on the complexity of your workflow, the number of integrations, and the automations you want. After the analysis, you'll know exactly what to expect. No surprises later on.
Sometimes, yes. Think of licenses for software such as Make, OpenAI, or other tools needed for your workflow. I only choose solutions that truly add value, and I always discuss any recurring costs in advance.
Most AI Flow Fix programs last 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity and how quickly we can incorporate feedback. During the analysis, you'll receive a clear timeline.
Not necessarily. We’ll build on the tools you’re already using as much as possible. I’ll only suggest an additional application if it offers clear added value. That way, both your workflow and your monthly costs remain manageable.
You don't have to. I'll explain the technical aspects in plain language and provide clear documentation and a short video tutorial. You don't have to be an expert to use your new workflow.
Absolutely. Based in Massenhoven, I work with business owners throughout Belgium and beyond. Most projects are conducted entirely online, but if an in-person meeting would be beneficial, we’ll work together to see what’s possible.
Yes. Your workflow is documented and structured so that you or another partner can manage, modify, or expand it later. The goal is not for you to remain dependent on Diggiehippie.
