What if I want new features?

New features fall outside the scope of the retainer. We plan a separate process for those. The retainer focuses on keeping existing workflows optimal.

How often do I contact you?

Every month, you will receive a reflection: what has happened, what is the status, what do I suggest. No weekly calls unless necessary. Most months, you will hear little from me. That is the goal.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes, with one month's notice. No long-term commitments. If it's no longer profitable, we'll stop.
