This is a defined three-week implementation process. Once completed, the process ends. No support, no open ending. If you want to continue building or have your systems monitored, the Ops & Optimization Retainer is the logical next step.
A maximum of one or two, established in week one. More is not the goal—better is the goal. One workflow that works is more valuable than three that are half finished.
We'll make a note of that. And we'll deliberately save it for after the Sprint. The scope will be finalized after week 1—that's exactly why we'll get something done.
You must be available at the agreed times: to give feedback, make decisions, and give approval. I'll do the building. The decisions are yours.
No. Once delivery is complete, the process is finished. You will receive documentation so that you can continue on your own. Would you like ongoing follow-up? Then we can discuss the Ops & Optimization Retainer.
After payment and full onboarding, I will confirm the start date. The sooner the onboarding is complete, the sooner we can start.
